AlphaDelta mutual Funds
The SciVest Growth of Dividend Income Strategy is available in the AlphaDelta Global Dividend Income Class Fund (the “GDI Fund” or “Fund”). The GDI Fund is a Canada-based mutual fund available through registered investment dealers and their financial advisors across Canada. Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. (“QIFM”) is the Investment Fund Manager (“IFM”) and Portfolio Manager (“PM”) of the AlphaDelta Global Dividend Income Class Fund. SciVest Capital Management Inc. is the sub‐advisor to the Fund. The GDI Fund falls within the global equity mutual fund category in Canada.
For smaller investments of at least $1,000, Canadian investors may purchase Series A1 shares or Series F shares of the GDI Fund. Series A1 shares of the Fund are available for purchase through investment dealers and financial advisors and include a service/trailer fee paid to the dealer and/or financial advisor to compensate them for their investment and planning advice. Series F shares of the Fund are available for purchase through dealers and financial advisors who utilize fee-for-service investment accounts.
For moderate investments of at least $250,000, Canadian investors may purchase Series H shares or Series G shares of the GDI Fund which attract highly discounted management fees. Series H shares of the Fund are available for purchase through investment dealers and financial advisors and include a service fee paid to the dealer and/or financial advisor to compensate them for their investment and planning advice. Series G shares of the Fund are available for purchase through dealers and financial advisors who utilize fee-for-service investment accounts.
For larger investments of at least $1,000,000, Canadian investors and institutions may purchase Series I shares of the GDI Fund. Series I shares have even lower negotiable management fees. Series I shares are available for purchase through investment dealers and financial advisors throughout Canada.
