AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class Fund

The SciVest Growth of Dividend Income Strategy is available in the AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class fund (the "Fund").  The Fund is a Canadian-based mutual fund available to all Canadian residents through investment dealers and their financial advisors across Canada.

The AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class fund is structured as corporate class fund for maximum tax efficiency.  The Fund also possesses one of the lower management fees for a fund within its category in Canada. 

For moderate investments of at least $1,000, Canadian investors may purchase Series A shares (QWE 521) and/or Series F shares (QWE 522) of the Fund.  Series A shares (QWE 521) of the AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class are available for purchase through registered investment dealers and financial advisors and include a service fee paid to the dealer and/or financial advisor.  Series F shares (QWE 522) of the AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class are available for purchase through registered dealers and financial advisors who utilize fee-for-service accounts.

For larger investments of at least $250,000, Canadian investors and institutions may purchase Series I shares (QWE 523) of the Fund.  Series I shares (QWE 523) of the AlphaDelta Growth of Dividend Income Class are available for purchase through registered investment dealers and financial advisors throughout Canada, and may have a lower management fee which is negotiated directly with the Manager of the Fund.  Larger institutional investors may also contact SciVest Capital Management Inc. directly to explore further investment options.
