The Manager receives from the different classes of SciVest Funds a management fee of 0% to 2.5% per annum of the Net Asset Value. In addition, there is also an applicable Performance Fee of 10% to 30%. This Fee is only paid to the Manager if the Net Asset Value of a Fund surpasses the High Water Mark prviously achieved; in addition, all losses incurred in the meantime must be recouped. This practice, therefore, alligns the interests of all parties involved: the Client, the Manager, and the Representative of a Dealer. |
